This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including executive officers, program
consultants and program coordinators. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further
develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

Course Delivery
Classroom based training sessions to develop the knowledge and theoretical understandings.
Practical demonstrations in the simulated environment (onsite workshop)
Assessment
The assessment process includes the gathering of evidence to demonstrate the student’s
competence. Students are assessed using written questions observation with oral questioning.
RPL / Course Credit
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Course Credit is offered to students through the enrolment
process.
Completion
At the successful completion of the course students will be awarded with the “Testamur” and a
“Record of Results” which provides detailed Units of Competency completed in the course.
At the Partial Completion of the course students will be awarded with a “Statement of Attainment”
which will detail only the Units of Competency that student has achieved competency from the course
