Orientation
Services Provided
The Centurion ensures that all students receive support to study. An orientation program is compulsory for all students prior to starting their course. This program is conducted at the beginning of each course intake and where a student is admitted to a course late, the Compliance Manager will go through the orientation on an individual basis.

Students are provided
Learning Support
- Mentoring from appropriately qualified trainers including their phone and email contact details.
- Tutorial support assistance.
- Computer and technology support.
- Referral to Adult Learning and LLN Specialist
Welfare Services
Welfare services can include services that address equity issues, peer mentoring, programs promoting social interaction, stress-management. It may also include advice on academic and study issues. For more sensitive issues The Centurion offers a referral service to Life Resolutions at no additional cost

Anyone can call Lifeline. The 13 11 14 service offers a counselling service that respects everyone’s right to be heard, understood and cared for. They also provide information about other support services that are available in communities around Australia. If you feel that you might need telephone counselling, you can call about anything that might be troubling you.
